Refund and Returns Policy

Habesha Brands aims for complete customer satisfaction. Our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our customers and our business.

Important Conditions:
Refunds and returns are only permitted at the moment of delivery when our delivery personnel are physically present. Customers must:

  1. Inspect the product thoroughly before accepting delivery

  2. Verify that the product matches their order

  3. Check for any damages or defects

  4. Immediately inform the delivery personnel if they wish to return the product or request a refund

Size Issues (Customer Fault)

If the customer chooses the wrong size and realizes it after delivery, we allow exchange only, under these conditions:

 • The customer must inform us within (12 hours)

 • The product must be unused and in perfect condition

 • The customer will pay for extra delivery charges and any other applicable costs

No refunds will be given for size-related issues exchange only.

Once the customer has accepted the product and separated from our delivery personnel, refunds and returns will NOT be permitted. This policy ensures that products are inspected at the time of delivery and prevents any post-delivery issues or misuse.

Exceptions to this policy may be considered only in cases of proven manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery, which must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
